Remembering Richard Tulio

Richard Albert Tulio, of Chalfont, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 61 years of age.

It is with great sadness that PA Rush announces the passing of one of its great leaders.

Richard Tulio passed away on July 11, 2023. Richard was a great proponent of Lenape Valley Soccer Club, the predecessor of PA Rush. He coached for 13 years and loved being involved in his daughter's life this way, as well as the lives of her teammates and their parents.. He was elected President of Lenape Valley Soccer Club in 2005. Richard was also the President when the club transitioned to PA Rush. Richard will be remembered as an outstanding leader and for bringing PA Rush to Lenape Valley.
